Welcome to UniShelf. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of unishelfmall.com and all purchases made through it. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

UniShelf is operated by Z Cloud Commerce Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202601013980 (1676078-V)), whose registered address is No. 10A, 1st Floor, Jalan SS2/67, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Returns address: No. 4, Jalan IHP 1/8, Kawasan Perindustrian Iskandar Halal Park, 81700 Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia.
2. Products and availability
Product images are for reference; actual colour, size or packaging may vary slightly. All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
3. Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price charged. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, including cancelling it in the event of a pricing error, stock shortage or other reasonable cause; in that case you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept payment through our payment provider (HitPay) — credit/debit cards, FPX and e-wallets — as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where offered. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (or once a COD order is confirmed).
6. Shipping and delivery
We use delivery partners (for example, EasyParcel and couriers such as J&T Express). Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
7. Returns, refunds and warranty
Full details of returns and refunds are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. In short: items must be reported within the period stated there, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
8. Coupons and promotions
Coupons and promotions are subject to the conditions stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. One coupon per order unless stated otherwise.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by UniShelf or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be shown on this page.
