In short: Free return/refund within 7 days for orders not yet shipped. After you confirm receipt, transit-damaged or factory-defective items are covered by free after-sales.
How to request
- Open your order page (link in email or account).
- Choose “Return / Refund” and a reason.
- For orders not yet shipped, the payment is refunded automatically to the original method.
After receiving the item
Please check the parcel before clicking “Order Received”. After confirmation, return shipping is borne by the buyer.
Damaged / defective items
If an item is transit-damaged or factory-defective, contact us before confirming receipt — free after-sales and replacement shipping apply.
