Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD is available across Malaysia and Singapore; a 4% COD service fee applies (min RM7.00). You pay only when you receive the parcel.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2PM are dispatched the same day (Mon-Sat). Most orders arrive the next working day; allow up to 1 week in peak season.
Can I return or refund an item?
Yes. You may request a free return or refund within 7 days if the order has not yet been shipped. Once you confirm receipt, defective or transit-damaged items are covered by free after-sales.
